It has come to our attention that a number of customers are having issues accessing our website. The reason for this, in many cases, is the commonly installed Norton personal Firewall. It has a privacy guard feature that is a misguided attempt to prevent websites from gaining any information whatsoever from your browser. In fact, it prevents websites from gaining infomation that is a part of the hypertext transfer protocol's specifications. Browsers are required by the spec to send this information truthfully, and we use it to keep direct links to our site, which may be used to leech, from working. If you block this information, our security controls will block you, and you will see the 403 forbidden error message. To acces our website, you must temporarily disable this privacy guard feature.
